Hammer Surf School is here to bring the joy of surfing to everyone. We focus on building surfing fundamentals and technique as well as teach ocean awareness and water safety. We offer daily kid and teen group surf classes, adult only group surf classes, as well as private lessons for all ages and size groups. For more seasoned surfers, we have an advanced kid and teen group surf class and private coaching, plus Hammer Surf Team. Hammer Surf School is owned and operated by professional surfer and New Jersey native Sam Hammer on the beautiful beaches of Spring Lake, Bay Head, Lavallette and Seaside Park as well as private beach clubs for members only including SLBTC.
